Himalaya Baby Cream Review (On adult as well as baby skin)

Hello Beauties!!!

In this post me & my friend are going to review Himalaya Baby Cream. I am going to share my experience with this cream whereas my friend “Pankhuri” will share her opinion about this cream on her baby’s skin. She has a wonder 1 year old baby girl.

Product claims: A specially formulated soft cream for dry cheeks, tender nose, rubbed elbows, and knees. Olive oil improves skin luster, Country Mallow, an anti-oxidant, protects and soothes skin.

Ingredient:
Jaitun 35mg, Bala 5mg, Yashtimadhu 5mg, Guduchi 5mg.

Price: 120 Rs

Wt: 100 ml

Online availability: Firstcry, Amazon, E.bay, Flipkart, Himalyastore etc.

Shelf life: 36 months or 3 years

Directions for use: Apply after bath to delicate areas of the body like face knees and elbows. Avoid the area around the eyes.

Packaging:
Himalaya baby cream comes in a white color opaque tube which has a green colored screw cap. You will have to squeeze the tube to get out the product. The packaging is simple and very travel friendly.

My opinion about this product: It is a rich white cream of medium consistency. It is neither runny nor thick. It is perfect for winters and can be used in summers as well. It has a very soothing and natural fragrance. It absorbs very easily, leaving the skin soft, supple, nourished and beautiful. It provides great moisturization even to super dry skin of knees & elbows.

It's skin soothing benefits and great ingredients makes it ideal for adults too. Adults with bit healthy or dry, damaged weeping skin can use this cream.

Overall this cream is extremely good and does what it claims. The whole Himalaya range of baby products is very affordable. So it is true value for money. You won't regret buying it.

Mommy Pankhuri’s opinion about the product: Himalaya baby cream is a soft and light-textured daily use cream. This makes it extremely suitable for baby’s delicate skin. Cream gets absorbed very easily, so you need not to be harsh with your baby’s skin. I use this skin on my dry areas of my baby’s skin.

I don't really need to reapply except may be at night or after washing baby's skin. It never caused any irritation or reaction on the skin. However, if you notice any signs of allergy, please discontinue using immediately.

ZZM Rating: ♥♥ 4/5 ♥♥

  11. Why not use original shea butter/cocoa butter/oils on baby rather than baby creams? I really doubt the integrity of baby creams from any company until unless reputed all natural companies come out with baby stuff (like forest essentials and kama ayurveda)
